The Move Beyond Coal movement finished last year on a massive high with our campaign demands front and centre of NAB executives. But the next 6 months are critical to push NAB over the line to rule out funding new coal in our region!
WHAT: An afternoon to connect with other members of the Move Beyond Coal movement across Mackay, learn new skills and plan high impact campaign activities for 2023.
The program will include:
- Touching base on our big picture vision for moving Australia Beyond Coal
- A campaign update on how we are tracking to push NAB to rule out Whitehaven coal
- How to ramp up our campaign in 2023!
- Discussing how we can continue to centre justice and solidarity in our work
- Workshops on campaign skills training
WHERE: Mackay Environment Centre - 156 Wood Street, Mackay.
WHEN: Saturday 25th February, 2pm - 5:30pm - There will be a break for afternoon tea which will be provided.
